Items run small and they have a short return window. Plus they said I received the package several days before I actually got it.

I received no communication from YogaOutlet. I checked the website and it indicated I had items in my cart. I ordered again and to my surprise my original order arrived today. A confirmation email could have avoided this issue. Now I have to go through the process of returning an unneeded item

Yoga Outlet is great! I had to return a yoga mat because i wanted a thicker one. Yoga Outlet promptly accepted my return and gave me store credit. I just ordered a thicker 5mm. Super excited to get it.

I ordered my item on January 22 and I still have not received it. FedEx status is pending arrival. It’s sitting somewhere in a FedEx warehouse in the midwest. I understand shipments may take longer, but this is a long wait time.

I purchased the yoga mat, blocks, and strap bundle and have loved every bit of it! The mat length is perfect and grips nicely on our hardwood floor and I don't slide on it (which is a big bonus for me), the blocks are nice and durable and easy to grip, and the strap is easy to use and has plenty of length for different poses. I am currently using the trial yoga classes and I will definitely be continuing it once my 30 days are up. They have classes for every level and each type of yoga, so if you're a beginner or experienced they have a class for you.
I highly recommend this company for any of your yoga needs!
